MASS EFFECT: OPERATION RESURGENCE
BIOTICS - SINGULARITY
Singularity launches a dark energy sphere to create an intense mass effect field. The field creates a warp in the space around it, creating a gravity well akin to a black hole. Enemies are drawn into the Singularity and held briefly helpless in orbit while protected enemies are held in place. Any enemy wandering into the gravity well of a singularity after it has been created will also be pulled into orbit.
This effect only works on targets whose shields are down. Make an attack on an opponent as normal. If successful the target’s has an aspect placed on them like “floating helplessly” that can be tagged as normal. The target also suffers from a Block to all actions equal to the shifts generated by the Singularity. The singularity will last until the beginning of the biotic’s next Turn.
Can be detonated by Biotic Charge, Shockwave, Reave, Throw or Warp.
- Increased Duration – Increase Singularity’s hold duration by one exchange per Refresh spent to a maximum of 3 turns.
- Increase Radius – For an additional point all characters in an area are effected except the biotic who created the singularity. Each target resists normally with their own defense rolls.
- Increased Detonation
Increase the stress caused biotic detonations by two to Weapon 4. This damage is not cumulative with other Increased Detonation powers.
